HighLeap Education Consultants were started by experienced IT veterans, also supported by many volunteers who share the same goal and have year’s of IT experience.
We have often seen aspirants with good knowledge fail to crack entry-level jobs in MNC’s especially from Tier2/tier3 cities.
Based on our experience in IT industry and study of the gap between required and acquired skills, we have come up with a number of programs and services which will help minimize the skill gap and students will be well groomed and ready for future challenges.
Some of our founders and volunteers are from middle-class family and rural areas; they faced many hurdles during their job search earlier in their career. Our primary goal is to make sure students are aware of these hurdles and are ready to tackle it. We are here to groom and make them ready.

We work closely with individual candidates to personalize their journey of career. It can be final year students preparing for job or recently passed students searching for job. With a combination of the portal as well as different initiatives, we help individuals in their ultimate goal.
We work with our partner Institutions to help the students in having personalized support in their transition from college to corporate. This includes various initiatives based on our career coaches experience and industry needs.
We work with small and medium IT organizations to fulfill their requirements on interns, trained talents. With our student database and their performance in various initiatives, we can profile and shortlist ideal candidates for fresh talent.
I recently got placed just after finishing the Student grooming program. I got great technical knowledge from faculties.
